Questions

What is a crash cover?

A fast, concentrated push to get a product into as many outlets as possible in a short time, usually for a launch or to close a gap found in research. Teams sweep a whole area in days.

Do I need to hire the sales team myself?

No. We recruit, train and manage the team, and run it against the targets and routes you set. You get a full sales force without adding headcount to your payroll.

What do your merchandisers do?

They visit on a set schedule, keep stock faced forward, follow the planogram, put POS material in place and send before-and-after photos.

How do I know the visits happened?

Teams log each visit on mobile with the time, location and photos, and you see it in regular reports. Supervisors also make surprise visits.

How often is each outlet visited?

Outlets are grouped into routes and visit frequencies by class, so A outlets are seen more often than C outlets.
